Cold Blast!
Hello, North Texas – we are getting cold! It is January, and the weather is reminding us how powerful cold can be – even in DFW. Don’t worry, what they say is true, “If you don’t like the weather in Dallas, just stay a few days.”
When it is this cold, you would think you lawn would need no watering at all. But, the soil needs moisture for many reasons. Set your irrigation system to run once a week, during the warmth of the day.
Preemergent Herbicide Applications Going Strong . . .
We are out and about today, making preemergent herbicide applications. Stopping winter weeds, that is what we do. More than 20 yards sprayed so far today . . .

For the first time in a couple of months, I had a few hours to work in my front flowerbeds this past week. And I must say that my grass has never looked better! The huge bare patches by the curb are gone and the spots that I thought were “brown patch” more to the center of the yard are gone.
Your service is definitely worth every cent! Now if you could just stop the weeds in my flowerbeds………
